  The condo was a great place to stay. It was clean and we had no issues with the unit. However, the beach restoration project that was in progress prevented us from accessing the beach 3 of the 5 days we were there. If you have to load up your vehicle and drive down the beach to a public access and then have no restroom facilities to use, then why pay for oceanfront property. It would have been nice if we were told about the project when we rented the condo and then we could have made an informed decision. I would like to end on a very positive note. We did buy the insurance for our stay and unfortunately we had to leave early, due to my Dad being hospitalized and the policy reimbursed us for the 2 nights we had left. We would definetly stay here again, just let us know if there are any beach access issues in advance. Thanks

  We have vacationed at NMB for over 16 yrs and this is without a doubt our favorite by far. This condo is amazing, but yet still feels so homey. I love the beach but caught myself wanting to go back to the condo to watch movies on the fabulous tv. The entire layout is just awesome from the oceanfront balcony to the comfy beds. I would recommend this condo, and have, to everyone that I know. My husband said that next year we will just call and see when this same condo is available and that is when we will schedule our vacation. There was only two things that I would change- it would be nice to have a hot tub and if the pool was open an hour later. This condo is really packed with all the conveniences of home. Even the washer and dryer were large ones. We have nothing bad at all to say about it! Can't wait til next year!!!

  We have been going to Myrtle Beach for years and have always used Seaside for our reservations. We started staying at this 1 bedroom condo several years ago and loved it. We have not stayed anywhere else since.

  Nice renovations a couple of years ago. Clean, great amenities and super location. We're planning on going back for our 3rd Year in a row in 2009. We've stayed at other condos in Xanadu III but have yet to find one nicer than #803.

  We have just returned from North Myrtle Beach having rented a condo in Xanadu III, #803 from Seaside Vacations. We worked through the internet and with Brandi at Seaside Vacations. Brandi was more than professional and helpful with any questions we had after studying the information on the internet. The home was very clean ( a must for us), furniture having been recently updated, very well stocked kitchen, a great deck with great rocking chairs plus table and chairs. More than enough room for 5 adults and 1 teenager. The ocean front view was wonderful and accessibility to the beach, very convenient. The week we were there, the beach was not in the least crowded. One great plus for us was the garbage shute right beside the elevator. So nice not having to drag garbage down 8 flights to the dumpster. The condo's location is extremely convenient to grocery shopping, dining, outlets, etc. We have always stayed in the north end of Myrtle Beach in the Shore Drive area and really enjoyed it there. However, after our stay at Xanadu III in North Myrtle, we now have a new favorite! Would recommend this unit to anyone without reservation.

  We own a condo, and were vacationing with our family for the week. We had planned to stay on a few more days after they left, but our unit was rented for the following week. So we called our rental agent, and they found us a unit to rent for a few nights. It met all our needs, and was a nice way to end a wonderful family vacation.

  We were looking to get away from a cold New York area, and knew we could count on this condo which we have rented previously. Even though there was possibility of hurricane weather predicted, we loved the two months we stayed there. The place is immaculate, great view, big kitchen and is that king sized bed roomy. Staying in North Myrtle Beach was a pleasure, especially with all the great restaurant deals you can get. It doesn't pay to cook at home. I'd definitely tell anyone I know to 'come on down' and enjoy the condo, weather and great folks in the building.

  We have been staying at Xanadu III for many years but this is the first in this unit. It was great, very nicely decorated and it was nice staying on the 8th floor, what a great view of the beach and ocean.

  The Xanadu III (Condo Unit 603) was a very, nice and spacious condo. It looked exactly the same as displayed on the pictures and virtual tour. The location was perfect, right on the beach and close to everything. It was decorated very nicely for a rental property. I especially loved the huge flat screen TV and surround sound system. Also, there was nice, covered parking and plenty of spaces. Overall, I was pleased with the condo. It was equipped with all the basic necessities. However, I will say quite a few of the dishes and glasses were not clean. Also, the patio furniture was not wiped down clean. Other than that, everything else was perfect. Also, It was equipped with a full size washer and dryer and even had some laundry detergent. The fridge was nice as well since it had a pretty good ice maker. The master suite is amazing since it's right beside the 2nd balcony door. I did love the layout of the condo. I especially loved the ocean front views... spectacular. You take a few steps out of the condo and you are on the beach. Also, there were hoses to clean off prior to going back up to the condo. My family and I had fun and will definitely come back.

  What a wonderful place...My family and I went down for a week in June and this was the most wonderful relaxing trip we could have taken. The condo was spectacular, very clean, modern, tile throughout, except in bedrooms (which is great to have something warm under your feet when you hop out of bed in the morning.) We had a wonderful view of the beach. The pool was very clean. The only problem we found was that we couldn't stay longer. We definately hope to come stay again...

  We really enjoyed the condo. it was spacious and clean. The location was great, the beach and pool were never crowded. The only negative for # 803 was the refrigerator never got cold, we had warm milk everyday and the aC was locked at 75 degrees, but it was tolerable. All in all, another great experience with Seaside vacations. We will be using them next year.

  This our 2nd year at Zandu 704. We aboslutely love it there. The location is great, the facility is very clean and well maintained, and great pool area. Also we like that area of the beach. Probably will see us again next year. May be looking into a larger unit. We have some people that visited that fell in love with it too.

  We had no problems with the unit, other than a strong displeasing odor upon arrival, which was quickly taken care of after we made Seaside aware of it. We have stayed in several Xanadu III units, and we did not particularly like the layout of this unit, and would prefer not to rent this unit again if possible. The larger bed with the bathroom attached, which we consider the master bedroom, was not the oceanfront bedroom. Pull out sofa was very uncomfortable. Kitchen was well furnished, but dining area table only seated four and we had 6 in the unit. Balcony had lots of chairs and nice table for eating. Overall, accomodations were fine, but not a unit I would try to get again.

  We had a very good time at Xandu III 803. Amenities were great and the condo was in very good shape. We had just the right amount of space and it was great being right on the beach.
