  Our stay at ABCD House was great fun with wonderful access to the beach. Lots of room in this older house, but it is kept clean and up to date. We slept 11 very comfortably and had plenty of room to eat meals, etc. A little off the beaten path which was fine. The weather was awesome the end of May. The motorcycles were occasionally loud on the street. Wished we had better equipment to grill out more. The staff at Seaside was helpful and courteous. We will be back to the beach again through Seaside Vacations.
