Brown House, 812 Perrin Dr., North Myrtle Beach, SC 29582. The Brown house is one block from the beach and can be just the answer for a family on a limited budget! This is a North Myrtle Beach Vacation rental with four bedrooms, one full bath and two half baths. Two of the bedrooms are located below the house and each bedroom has a seperate entrance. One of the bedrooms have two double beds, another has a double bed plus a twin bed, the third bedroom has one double bed, and the fourth bedroom has one double bed. There is one TV and one VCR in the unit. This house is located in the Ocean Drive section.

  It was a very nice house, and I would rent it again, very good location. My only complaint was there was no water pressure in the downstairs bathrooms and the beds were very hard. Other than that, it was an enjoyable experience
