  Great location for the price. Would definitely consider this complex for other times of the year. The view is excellent and well maintained for the age.

  The two-bedroom condo was very nice, clean, and comfortable. I was aware that there wasn't an elevator but had no idea that the walk up to the third floor would be so tiring! The steps up were also very steep, which made the climb also harder. There were four of us in the condo and we had to take baths in shifts because of the lack of hot water. Often, the hot water would be exhausted by the time just two of us had taken a bath. Replacing an element in the hot water heater hopefully will correct this problem. The view of the ocean from the balcony was great! Also, the location was great for our SOS activities.

  This is a unit which has a wonderful view of the ocean in a complex which is brilliantly located just 50 yards (if that) from the beach. The access to the beach, the other residents and the pool for a quick cool-down were excellent. The only negative to this unit was that the technology was outdated. Having gone during the world cup and tour de france (and watching those being part of my vacation experience) the TVs in the main room and master bedroom were small and outdated.
