  We have stayed in this unit every year but one (when we rented a larger unit at The Verandas) since it opened. We totally enjoy the amenities in the unit, the location, the beach in this area, we love the Lazy River, and we always seem to be surrounded by other guests who are pleasant and respectful. There is always maintenance being performed while we are visiting (October) and rather than being an annoyance, I appreciate the fact that the owners association keeps the building and grounds freshly painted, neat and tidy. My only suggestion would be that the unit owners purchase a new sofa and chair as they have become somewhat worn and uncomfortable over the years of wear and tear.

  This is a nice condo. e spent a very nice two weeks there. The beach in front of the place is nice as is all the grand strand. The only short coming I can recall is that the dinning room table is hard up to the eating bar leaving only limited access to the stools there. It was a small inconvience. Great place overall.

  Verandas 606 is a very well kept condo. It is like a home away from home. It was wonderful to be able to walk out on the balcony and see the ocean. It was nice to be able to cook meals for my family in a kitchen that had most home necessities. The least thing I would say that I liked about the condo was the limited number of bath towels.

  This was a great condo for a great family vacation. Plenty of room for the kids and grandkids while having my own room. Having the 3 baths was wonderful,,,,no waiting. The property was well kept and supplied. I would highly recommend this property.

  We stayed at Verandas 704 in North Myrtle Beach and LOVED it. The check in was super simple - as was the check out. The condo was extremely spacious and comfortable. We had two children with us and their favorite part of the week was the lazy river, hot tub, and pool. And of course the beach was at our front door - we couldn't ask for a better location!! If I had to pick a least favorite thing, it would probably be the decorations in the condo.... a little outdated. But I'm not even complaining about that - it was WONDERFUL!!!

  We really enjoyed our stay at Myrtle Beach at the Verdanas. The condo was very nice. My children loved the lazy river and pool. Everything was very clean. Our air conditioner broke and within an hour of notifying Seaside we had a repair man to fix the air conditioner (which he did quickly). I was very impressed !! The only thing the condo could improve on is installing some ceiling fans. Otherwise a very nice place for the money!

  This unit was conveniently locate for use of beach and for leaving for shoppinng and dining trips. Balcony is larger than most and can accommodate 6 adults. Comfortable layout for multi-generations. Only suggestion is to bring extra bath towels unless you want to run the washer/dryer everyday.

  Verandas 606 is a great place to stay for a large family or multiple families. The master bedroom and bath are very spacious which was perfect since we were traveling with our 11 month old daughter and needed space for a pack-n-play. It has a shower, large tub and 2 sinks. The master bedroom is separate from the other 3 bedrooms which allowed for a little more privacy. Two bedrooms share a large jack and jill style bathroom. The shower/tub and toilet are in one part of the bathroom and the sink area is in another area which was great when multiple people are getting ready at one time. The 4th bedroom has 2 queen beds which was perfect for a kids room. That bathroom was spacious as well. We loved the area when you first enter the condo because it was a large hallway where we could leave our beach/pool stuff. Nice, large balcony with plenty of seating. The kitchen was well stocked with pots/pans, dishes, utensils, silverware. We packed some things because most kitchens are not this well stocked with utensils, etc., however, we didn't need our things. The family room area has plenty of seating for everyone. I was very pleased with the amount of space and seating in Verandas 606. Pool area is a little small, but was fine as we spent most of our time on the beach. I would definitely stay here again.

  Nice area, nice place, but it just needs to be updated. A fresh coat of paint does wonders. Also, new rugs in bathrooms, paint wood furniture. Clean in the corners. It was very well surface clean, but needed some attention to the details. Entry door was very beat up. Beach was nice, pool was nice.

  The condo was located in the perfect spot. Everyone we came into contact with was extremely nice which made our stay most enjoyable. However, my family and I agreed the condo was not up to part on cleanliness. The carpet in the 2 front rooms were dirty,bathrooms had not been cleaned prior to check-in and curtians were dirty. Also, DVD player did not work.

  The seaside reservationist was very polite and courtous. The were very helpful giving directions to the condo when we picked up the keys. I would certainly use then again. Thanks It may be our last vacation as a few of our family is terminaly ill. Thanks for helping us make a wonderful memory.
