Fully equipped kitchens, washer/dryer, internet access, indoor pool, and cable TV are all amenities that can be found in many of the winter vacation rental properties. Linens are provided at no extra cost in the condo rentals for your convenience.
Rates and Length of Stay
If you are considering an extended stay in North Myrtle Beach, be sure to inquire about tax exemption, utility charges, cleaning fees, pet policies, and acceptable forms of payment. For those who are flexible with their travel dates, three-month rentals are the best deal, because you will eliminate the tax as well as get a better monthly rate. If your stay is shorter than three months, you will be required to pay tax (12%) on each month's rental, and the rate will be greater than if you book for three or more months. A departure clean will be added to each rental, and a signed contract is required. One half of the first months rent is due at the time of booking to hold your unit. The balance is due 30 days prior to arrival. There is a $50 cap on the electric bill on all of the condo rentals. The owner will pay the first $50 and the tenant is required to pay any additional amount over this cap. In our pet friendly units, the owner will require an additional deposit to be determined by Seaside Vacations. No pets over 40 pounds will be permitted. Personal checks, cash, or travelers checks are the only acceptable forms of payment on our monthly rentals. We love our visitors from Canada and we know how tedious it is to prepare for a long trip in the States; please be sure to make advance preparation for your method of payment while staying with us as we can only accept checks drawn on US funds. Checks written on a Canadian account will not be accepted.
