Enjoy the average air temperature of 69 degrees as you stroll along the beach or enjoy many of the specialty shops in the area. Major attractions are nearby and the crowds are long gone. Rates and Length of Stay

| The three-month rental is
your best deal, because you will eliminate the tax as well as get a better
monthly rate. If your stay is shorter than three months, you will be
required to pay tax (10%) on each month’s rental, and the rate will be
greater than if you book for three or more months. At any rate, linens are
included in your unit without charge. A departure clean will be added to
each rental, and a signed contract will be required. One half of the first
months rent is due at the time of booking to hold your unit. The balance can
be paid at check-in. There is a $50 cap on the electric bill on all of the
condo rentals. The owner will pay the first $50 and the tenant is required
to pay any additional amount over this cap. In our pet friendly units, the
owner will require an additional deposit to be determined by Seaside
Vacations. No pets over 40 pounds will be permitted. Personal checks or cash
is preferred for payment on our monthly rentals. |
