40th Annual North Myrtle Beach Easter Egg Hunt

If you have never experienced the beach for Easter, you’ve been missing out on this event. This year the North Myrtle Beach area celebrates its 40th Easter Egg Hunt at McLean Park. On Saturday, April 16th beginning at 10:00 am, your kids will get to embark on an adventure to collect as many eggs as they can be based on their ages. Admission to this event is free, but they ask that you arrive a little before 10:00 am to guarantee a parking space. After the Easter Egg hunt, your kids will be able to visit with the Easter Bunny and friends. Think of the fun they will have to collect all those eggs.

Barefoot Bunny Hop

Another fun event that you will have to check out on your Easter vacation is the Barefoot Bunny Hop. This event is happening at Barefoot Landing on Saturday, April 9th, from 11:00 am until 2:00 pm. Here you and your kids can enjoy some music and a fun dance party, participate in their Easter Egg Hunt, meet the Easter Bunny, etc. After participating in this fun event, do a little shopping at one of the many shops and grab a quick bite to eat, too. Don’t forget to bring your child’s Easter Egg Basket as they will want to put the eggs into their basket.

Painting with the Family

If you’re looking for something a little out of the usual compared to other Easter activities, why not sign up for a painting class with the family. On Saturday, April 16th, Painting with a Twist is hosting a kid-friendly class where they can paint a classic icon from a movie. This event does cost $29 per person and starts at noon and ends at 1:30 pm. Think of the memories you’ll have from your vacation by bringing home the completed painting to showcase in your home.
