Enjoy one of the best Georgetown, SC, plantation tours when you visit Hopsewee Plantation. A South Carolina’s National Historic Landmark, Hopsewee has been impeccably maintained and cherished for years. Even though it was built almost 40 years before the Revolutionary War, only five families have ever owned this site.

A typical low country rice plantation dwelling of the early 18th century, the beautiful plantation house features four rooms opening into a vast center hall on each floor, a full brick cellar, and attic rooms.
