This three bedroom, two bath, top floor unit offers a great ocean view from the extra large private sundeck. Canvasback 401 has a master bedroom with a queen bed with sliding doors that open onto the balcony. The second bedroom also has a queen bed. There are two double beds in the third bedroom. This rental has two televisions, one VCR, and one DVD player. There is a fully equipped kitchen (with Keurig coffee maker), washer/dryer, hi-speed wireless internet, living area, dining area, and a screened porch. This is a non-smoking condo. Pets and motorcycles are not allowed. This is a family oriented property; no students or student groups. This complex is housed by mostly owners.
