Types of Winter Rentals We Offer
Whether you're a couple looking for a cozy getaway or a family needing a bit more space, we have a winter rental to fit your needs. While our specific inventory for the winter season changes, our properties are always chosen for their comfort and convenience.
Each of our winter rentals is fully furnished and includes a fully-equipped kitchen, perfect for cooking your meals and entertaining visiting friends. You can count on comfortable living spaces and Wi-Fi to keep you connected throughout your stay. - Winter rentals are from November to March.
- Rentals of 90+ days are tax free.
- During the winter months, properties are subject to repairs, maintenance, or construction. It could be noisy.
- Some property amenities (i.e. water amenities), may not be available during the winter rentals.
- Guests many be subject to background check.
- Mail cannot be accepted at the property where you rent. Seaside Vacations has an option to pay a minimal fee to receive mail for our winter rental guests. You may want to rent a mail box with the local post office. Please note: Winter rental reservations can not be made online. If you are interested in creating a winter rental reservation, please contact our office for details. *Winter rentals are based on 2-person occupancy. Any winter rental with more than a 2-person occupancy will be charged an additional $150/person/month (dependent on the maximum number of occupants allowed for that particular property).
- Departure clean and linen fees are not included in the total rental rate for monthly rentals. There is one departure clean fee and one linen fee for the entire reservation that varies according to the number of beds the rental has and the location of the rental. These fees will be added on to the total of your reservation. Reservationists will give you the fee amount of the fees before you make the reservation.
