Sea Retreat

Sea Retreat is a 4 bedroom 2 bath channel house located at 316 52nd Avenue North in the popular Cherry Grove section of North Myrtle Beach. This channel house comfortably sleeps 10. You will be welcomed with a large covered porch with rockers that stretches across the front of this home. As you enter this spacious home, the open floor plan has a beautifully decorated living area with a TV and double sleeper sofa, a dining area, and kitchen. The dining area has a table and chairs for 6. The kitchen island has 2 bar stools. The fully equipped and modern kitchen has all appliances, cookware, dishes, utensils, etc. to prepare your favorite family meal. There is also a dishwasher.

On each side of this house are the bedrooms; 2 bedrooms and a bath on each side. There is a bedroom with a king bed and TV that share a bath with a walk-in shower with the 2nd bedroom that has a double bed with a twin bunk and TV. On the other side of the house are the other 2 bedrooms. There is a king bed and TV in one bedroom that share a bath with a walk-in shower with the 4th bedroom that has a queen bed and TV. This channel home does not have any carpet.

As you exit the kitchen door, there is a huge balcony with table, chairs, and rockers, with a channel view. Down the stairs, on the ground level, is a grill, outside shower, covered lounging area, fire pit, and swing. The washer and dryer is on this level in the large outside laundry room and storage area. There is a private dock for a boat, jet ski, and kayaks. Just a short walk down the street is the beach access. Golf carts are allowed on this property. Motorcycles are permitted on property. Pets are not permitted on this property. This is a non-smoking property. 4 parking passes are provided. There is free WIFI. This is a family oriented rental. No students/student groups. The minimum age requirement is 25 to make a reservation. You must be at least 25 to check-in.

Enjoy your morning beverage or evening drink on the porch overlooking the channel. Cast a line from the private fishing deck or take a little stroll to the beach and enjoy the warmth of the Carolina sun while searching for unique shells. You will find some of the widest and most enjoyable beaches on the east coast in North Myrtle Beach. You could walk for miles!
