Sleeping Arrangements and Bathrooms

The primary suite is a true highlight, boasting direct ocean views, a king bed, TV, an en-suite bathroom with a tub and shower combination, and private access to the oceanfront balcony. One of the guest bedrooms has a queen bed; the other bedroom has a queen bed and a twin bunk. Both guest bedrooms are oversized with ample closet space, each with a TV, while the guest bathroom offers a walk-in shower with elegant tile detaining and a stylish butcher-block vanity.

Amenities

Additional features include a screened front porch with a full-size washer/dryer, and extra storage for beach gear. The condo comfortably sleeps 8, making it ideal for families or group getaways. Surf Villas is a private, oceanfront complex offering a community outdoor pool and ample parking. Surf Villas does not have an elevator. Linens and departure cleaning are included in the total rental price.

Policies

This is a family-only rental. No students, student groups, or events are permitted. Renters must be at least 25 years old to rent and check in. Seaside Vacations rents to families only. If a family is misrepresented or a house party is found occupying a rental unit, occupancy will be terminated without any refunds. Spring break/ graduation groups & parties, wedding receptions are NOT ALLOWED. No pets, no smoking, and no motorcycle or trailers are allowed. Parking is on-site and 2 parking passes are allowed.
