Laguna Keyes is an oceanfront high rise located in the Cherry Grove section of North Myrtle Beach.  This exquisite vacation rental complex is the most perfect resort for a family vacation!  Laguna Keyes has exceptional building amenities!  On the ground floor is an oceanfront pool (which is securely gated), sundeck, indoor pool (heated seasonally), kiddie pool, outside shower, and direct access to the beach from the walkway.  There is an indoor seating area with direct access to the oceanfront patio area, for lounging, playing games, or just relaxing.  There is also a lounging area on the streetside by the elevators.  On the 6th floor is the outdoor lazy river, and 2 hot tubs.  A state of the art fitness center is located on the 2nd floor where you can work out while gazing at the ocean.

Parking at Laguna Keyes is on-site in the 5 level parking garage.  There is a height clearance of 6'8" so overhead vehicle storage units are not permitted.  Motorcycles, trailers, and golf carts are not allowed on the property.  Laguna Keyes is strictly a non-smoking property.  Pets are not allowed.

Laguna Keyes is a family oriented property.  Students and student groups are not allowed.  The minimum age to rent is 25.
